Ventana Foothills (also known as Sonoran Arroyos)
This community is a modest-sized neighbor to the better-known
Ancala Golf community. It was completed in the mid
1990 and is a gated community of 89 custom homes with the
McDowell Mountains as its backdrop. The community is
very close to excellent schools and the homes generally have
private pools and scenic views. Recent prices range
from the high $800 thousands to around $1.2 million.
