Terravita

Terravita is a 24-hour guard-gated community in North Scottsdale that was developed in the 1990s by Del Webb.  The development is located on 823 acres near the Sonoran Desert with Black Mountain to the north and Boulders to the east.  The development consists of 22 neighborhoods with single-story homes ranging in size from 1400 to 3700 square feet. 

Residents automatically are enrolled as social members in the country club offering fitness center, pools and tennis courts.  The private 18-hole golf course was designed by Billy Casper and Greg Nash.

Prices range from high $300k to around $1 million.
